Carla Zambelli claims to have been summoned to pay

This Saturday afternoon (4), deputy Poconarista Carla Zambelli (PSL-SP) published on her Twitter account that the Federal Police (PF) summoned her to testify in the scope of the Supreme Court (STF) inquiry into undemocratic acts in the September 7th.

O Brazil in fact contacted the Supreme Court and the PF, but did not get a return. According to the newspaper Estado de São Paulo, the subpoena took place and was based on a request from the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).

According to the deputy, the hearing should take place until tomorrow, as determined by the STF minister Alexandre de Moraes. On twitter, Zabelli said that, even without having received the case file, he will attend.

“Even without having access to the records, out of respect for the Federal Police and the Constitution, I will be present. It is true that for me, the sea will be rough after this hearing, but nothing will prevent me from maintaining my convictions and believing in what I have always defended”. Parliamentarians and opposition leaders also spoke on social media about the issue.

By order of Alexandre de Moraes, on Friday (3), the Federal Police arrested, in Brasília (DF), the pocket blogger Wellington Macedo. Also by order of the minister, the PF is searching to arrest truck driver Marcos Antônio Pereira Gomes, known by the nickname “Zé Trovão”. The two decisions are also related to the September 7 inquiry into undemocratic acts. The two figures are accused of organizing the pro-government demonstration due to take place on Independence Holiday.

Through social networks, “Zé Trovão” stated, this Saturday (4), that he will turn himself in to the Federal Police during the act of September 7th.
