The course Dilemmas da Sociedade Brasileira, which intends to debate proposals to overcome historical problems that affect the life of the Brazilian people, has open enrollment until September 20th. Free programming brings together leaders of popular movements, politicians and intellectuals.

The initiative comes from the Projeto Brasil Popular, the Florestan Fernandes National School, the Paulo Freire National School, the Tricontinental Institute and the Liberta Knowledge Institute. The course will be held in nine weekly meetings, always at 7pm, between September 22nd and November 17th.

The course will be offered in remote format with transmission over the YouTube and issuing a certificate at the end of the activities.

“The initiative is built at a time of deep global economic crisis. In Brazil, it has also become a social and political crisis, and for this reason, the course brings together various spaces for research and training schools for militants to debate crises, their nature and consequences, but also the need for a popular project for Brazil,” say the organizers.

“Given the profound crisis we are experiencing, we affirm the need to collectively reflect on the problems that affect the lives of the Brazilian people and also debate the paths we can build to overcome them”, they say.
