One of the ways to avoid contamination by the new coronavirus is to maintain social distance measures. On a global scale, this means closing borders as a way to contain the virus’s advance.
Currently, some impose restrictions on the entry of Brazilians, since in Brazil, the Delta variant, which is up to 70% more transmissible than other mutations, has been a cause for concern.

The list tells you the date of the measurements as they are constantly updated. Thus, the Ministry “recommends confirmation [das informações] with the embassy/consulate of the foreign country of interest before organizing any type of trip abroad”.

There is no ban on flights or travelers from Brazil. In this case, everyone must present, upon arrival in the country, a RT-PCR test certificate with a negative result made up to 72 hours before boarding, in addition to a “health declaration”, which can be completed electronically.
Passengers who, for some reason, board the country without presenting a negative test certificate, will have to undergo the test on arrival and will need to pay the cost of the test, being also subject to a mandatory ten-day quarantine, also paid for with their own means, if test positive.
The same applies to passengers on a stopover system that disembark in the country.
The country classifies Brazil as “variant zone”, due to the advancement of the delta mutation. Therefore, those who have been in countries that belong to the group in the last ten days, such as Brazil, must have a negative test, regardless of whether the person has already been vaccinated. In addition, a 14-day quarantine is required, which can be relaxed if the vaccination is from recognized brands in the country.
Those interested in visiting the country will be required to undergo double testing: RT-PCR exam up to 72 hours before boarding and antigen test on arrival in the country – in addition to complying with mandatory quarantine, according to the rules of each province, and carrying out a new PCR exam after seven days from the date of arrival in the country.

There is no restriction on flights or passengers from Brazil. Brazilians apply the rule for bordering countries to submit RT-PCR with a negative result made up to three days before the date of entry into Bolivia.

All passengers, regardless of origin or nationality, must present a negative result of a PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before boarding to the country, and download the application and fill in information about the quarantine plan also before boarding.
So far, there is no record of specific restrictive measures for flights or passengers from Brazil, to whom the general rules apply. There are no direct flights between South Korea and Brazil. Passengers from Brazil must undergo a new RT-PCR test immediately after disembarking in Korea and must comply with mandatory complete isolation rules set by local authorities.
United Arab Emirates
The general rules apply, which include quarantine, in addition to the RT-PCR test upon arrival, if this takes place at Dubai airport.
Passengers from Brazil must submit an RT-PCR test with a negative result for COVID-19, done 72 hours before boarding the flight. The negative test must be presented even if the passenger is fully vaccinated.
In addition, they must carry out a 10-day quarantine at their residence or at another chosen accommodation, at the expense of the traveler, regardless of the result of the
PCR test result displayed.
They are suspended flights from any airport located in Brazil to any airport in Spain, with or without stopovers.
To enter the United States it is necessary to show a negative test for Covid-19.
The Ethiopian government has not instituted specific restrictive measures for flights, passengers and air crew from Brazil.

For passengers from Brazil, South Africa, India and the United Kingdom, entry into France is directly related to their “status” of vaccination. The travelers
vaccinated individuals from these four countries must present to enter France: proof of complete vaccination cycle with vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA); and a declaration of honor attesting to not having symptoms of COVID-19 and not being a case-contact.
There are no direct flights between Brazil and India. Passengers traveling through Brazil in the last 14 days are required to take a PCR test (72 hours) on boarding and disembarking.
Passengers coming from Brazil are requested to: present, on boarding, the RT-PCR or antigen test, performed within 72 hours prior to entering Italy; performing a PCR or antigen test upon arrival in Italy or within 48 hours after entering Italian territory; 10-day quarantine compliance; and performing a PCR or antigen test at the end of quarantine.
Morocco prohibited, on 01/19/2021 and by term indeterminate, the entry of any aircraft and passengers from Brazil.
Mexico has not adopted restrictions on flights or passengers from Brazil.
Netherlands and Panama
Both consider Brazil to be “very high risk”, well, it is prohibited the entry of Brazilians with some exceptions. If admission is allowed, the
quarantine compliance for ten days, reducible to five days upon presentation of a negative test. Testing is mandatory regardless of whether the person has been vaccinated or not.
General rules apply (which include quarantine), plus RT-PCR testing on landing.
Since September 5, 2021, Peru has allowed entry of Brazilians as long as they present an RT-PCR test done within 72 hours before the trip and/or complete proof of immunization issued by ConectSUS in Spanish.
Passengers on flights originating in Brazil must comply with the requirement of essentiality (of the flight) and comply with a 14-day prophylactic isolation period.
There are no specific measures relating to Brazil (general rules apply). Passengers from Brazil are exempt from quarantine. There are no direct flights from Brazil.
They are forbidden flight from Brazil to the country. The United Kingdom considers Brazil a country on the “red list”, that is, at great risk of contagion by the new coronavirus.
There is no country restriction, but the general RT-PCR test submission rules apply.
They are suspended direct flights from Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal and SriLanla. The entry of people from Brazil is subject to the presentation of a negative RT-PCR test done up to 72 hours before the trip and to the fulfillment of 14 days of mandatory quarantine in a place designated by the governorship of the place of arrival in this country.
Uruguay did not impose specific restrictions on flights, passengers and air crew from Brazil.
